We're just a few short weeks away from reopening day (we hope), so we're dropping a series of workouts, which you can try at home, designed to prepare you for getting back on the wall. In Episode 1 of 3, we're taking you through a range of core based exercises to help improve your core strength for climbing and get ready for reopening day.

TCH has offered to raise awareness of the Anthony Nolan Trust, which helps people living with rare forms of blood cancer to find compatible bone marrow donors.
