The Climbing Hangar is looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to join the Support Office team. The successful candidate will support the Marketing Manager to deliver a marketing strategy to raise awareness of the Hangar brand. The candidate will have experience of connecting with, and engaging customers through relevant marketing channels. They will be able to work to defined KPI's to track progress and demonstrate growth.

Duty Manager- Sandhills, Liverpool

Pay Rate: £10.22 p/h

Hours: 30 Hours p/w with the opportunity to work additional hours

We are looking for an enthusiastic people person to join our Management Team as a Duty Manager.

This is an active, customer facing role which involves a hands-on approach across all centre operations, including: reception, coaching, retail and The Hangar Café; as well as supporting with admin behind the scenes.

Our centres are open from early morning to late evening and require a calming yet energetic, fun, and proactive Duty Manager who can inspire, organise, and support a team of crew to consistently deliver exceptional levels of service and safety.

Deputy General Manager- Plymouth

Salary: £23,00- £25,000 *depending on experience

The Climbing Hangar is looking for a committed, high energy Deputy General Manager (DGM) to join our established Plymouth Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to assist the General Manager in supporting a hugely motivated and successful team, as well as joining the Hangar in an exciting moment for the business.

The DGM is responsible for supporting the General Manager to manage the staff team and day to day operations of the centre; drive performance to achieve agreed budgets & Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s,); as well as consistently promoting exceptional levels of customer service and safety throughout the centre. The post holder should have people management experience;  and understand the importance of fostering a fun, relaxing and inclusive atmosphere for both customers and staff.
