TCH European Pass

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The European Pass is a free benefit for active, fully paid members of participating sites (from brands: The Climbing Hangar, Urban Apes, Boulders, Cafe Kraft, and Der Steinbock) on eligible membership types. Frozen, day-pass, and drop-in customers are not eligible.
  2. Passes are issued on request at your home site, are valid for up to 31 days from issue, and can be used at participating locations outside your home country only.
  3. Each visit is one standard climbing session. The pass is non transferable, has no cash value, is non-refundable, and cannot be combined with other offers.
  4. You must present your pass and photo ID on arrival, and complete the host site’s registration, waiver, and any required induction. The host site’s rules apply during your visit.
  5. The pass is suspended if your home membership lapses. Where away-site visits exceed home-site visits, your membership may be transferred to the site you use most.
  6. Host sites may limit European Pass entry at busy times. The scheme may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
  7. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights are not affected.
