Rat race
With a few obstacle course races under his belt, Hangar regular Dave Milsom is tackling his first Rat Race this year. As he prepares to take on the 20 miles and 200 obstacles of The Dirty Weekend, he tells us a bit about how climbing has helped him to prepare for the challenge, and just how much he needs to work on his running.
