TCH Recruitment Timeline  

Below is a standard timeline for our recruitment process for our Front of House team. This timeline may differ for positions within the Support Office, Senior Management, and the Setting Team. The full recruitment process will be communicated to those past the CV shortlisting stage.  

  1. Find a role you are excited to apply for, get all the important information straight from our website, and make sure it is the right role for you.  
  2. Send your CV and Cover Letter to [email protected] and state which position and location you are applying for in the subject of your email. This is crucial as we often have multiple vacancies at once, so this helps us navigate which position you are applying for.  
  3. CV Shortlisting Stage: All the applicants' CVs and Cover Letters will be screened. 
  4. Telephone Screening Stage: Applicants successful at this stage will be invited to a telephone screening.  
  5. Stage 1 Interview – In-Person: An interview with the Hiring Manager and management team.  
  6. Stage 2 Interview – Practical Assessment: Meet the rest of the team, we get to see your customer interaction, able to get a greater sense of the role and if it is the right fit for you.   
  7. Outcome Announcement: You will be informed of the outcome, and if successful, a verbal offer will be made. 
  8. Great news! Once you accept your verbal offer, we’ll dive right into the exciting onboarding process together. We can’t wait to get started!
