TCH Recruitment Timeline  

Below is a standard timeline for our recruitment process for our Front of House team. This timeline may differ for positions within the Support Office, Senior Management, and the Setting Team. The full recruitment process will be communicated to those past the CV shortlisting stage.  

1. Find a role you are excited to apply for and explore all the essential details on our website to make sure it's the right fit for you.

2. Send your CV and Cover Letter to [email protected]. Please clearly state the role and location you are applying for in the subject line of your email. This is really important, as we often recruit for multiple roles at the same time and it helps us ensure your application is reviewed for the correct position.

3. CV Shortlisting StageAll CVs and Cover Letters are carefully reviewed by our team.

4. Telephone Screening Stage: If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to a short telephone screening conversation.

5. Stage 1 Interview – In-PersonA face‑to‑face interview with the Hiring Manager and members of the management team.

6. Stage 2 Interview – Practical Assessment: Meet the wider team and take part in a practical assessment, giving you a real feel for the role while we see how you interact with customers and approach the work.

7. OutcomeYou’ll be informed of the outcome of your application. If successful, a verbal offer will be made.
