I love helping people develop their climbing skills both on and off the wall, working on physical techniques such as dynamic movement, as well as the mental aspects, including mindset & pre-comp preparation.

My main focuses are supporting people's access to climbing and creating a great base on which to develop further techniques - I specialise in footwork, youth development and the fundamentals of climbing.

I enjoy facilitating climbers of all ages in their climbing journey, especially coaching them on their mindset while working through the various techniques. I love all kinds of climbing, but love to coach static movement and slabwork.

I am fascinated by movement - I love unlocking the nuances of body position and finding the balance between tension and momentum to make the impossible possible! As such I really enjoy coaching body positioning & weight transfer.

My passion is for participation rather than sending - I love to get people on and up the walls regardless of ability. I like to work on the fundamentals of climbing, including footwork, body positioning, and routereading.
