When it comes to the Hangar, you probably know the drill: we help visitors to become healthier, happier and better connected through indoor climbing.

A trip to the Hangar is more than a workout: it’s a chance to hang out with friends and enjoy fresh local coffee and delicious, ethically sourced food.

We’re not a gym, we’re a community… and the heart of that community is the crew.

So if you like being nice, and love getting people psyched about climbing, WE WANT YOU.

We are looking for fun, friendly, and hard-working crew members, kitchen staff, climbing coaches and duty managers.

Building a team is about finding brilliant human beings and providing them with the chance to excel at the things they’re good at. For this reason, we don’t run one to one interviews, but fun and interactive recruitment days. (Dates TBC)

Why not get in touch, come along to our recruitment event and see if there is something here for you?

Hangar Sheffield is launching with a Tokyo replica bouldering wall and an elite-level training centre designed in partnership with Team GB climber Shauna Coxsey MBE. This promises to be our most exciting project yet and this is your chance to be a part of the story.

For more information, or simply to apply, please send your CV to [email protected] and let us know which role you think you'd be great at.

All applications must be submitted by 30 June 2021.
