We are looking for someone who can:
· Ensure that customers receive the exceptional experience our vision demands - across all crew-to-customer interactions regarding the Café.
· Launch and manage effective Café product promotion and ensure visibility is delivered.
· Improve current F&B offerings, focusing on carbon footprint, ethical sourcing and finding brands that are in line with our company values.
· Provide high quality and safe foods for the customers of the Hangar as well as creating a safe and clean working environment.
· Ensure The Climbing Hangar meets all current legislative compliance regarding Food Safety and HACCP
· Ensure Café risk assessments and training for tasks within the Café are completed and reviewed annually.
· To create and launch new menus including seasonal specials and to offer a diverse regional menu.
