Prices

All prices allow you to climb for as long as you want and include inductions. Shoe hire is free and chalk is available for £1.50.

There’s no need to book if you’re popping in alone or with friends, but you will need to reserve a space and pay your entrance in advance for all coached sessions and inductions. Check what's on to book online.

    NHS, emergency services, armed forces, registered unemployed, over 60s, disabled and carers - check our T&Cs to see what proof of ID we need to see.

    Students get concession pricing all day on a Monday - you'll need your NUS card.

    We operate a strict 2:1 kids to adult climbing ratio (1:1 for U4s). Please check our supervision guidelines before coming down.

    Sam is our longest serving member of staff and has over 14 years' experience in performance and movement coaching and comp preparation for climbing. He is also a qualified Personal Trainer and Development Coach who has experience in C4HP Strength & Conditioning.

    In these small group sessions, Sam will use the Exsurgo G Strength to test your hand and pulling strength to gain an objective measure of your starting point. Each session he will focus on different aspects of ‘off the wall’ training for climbing, utilising a range of Climbing Specific equipment such as Hangboards; Campus boards; Bars; and Rings/ TRX equipment which we have at our Sandhills site.
    These sessions are great for both people new to training for climbing and more advanced climbers looking to train harder and see more results.

It's then straight into a circuit of problems (at pace) which are tailored to your ability and goals. Next Sam will have you smashing through a series of climbing specific core exercises. This section of the class is designed to improve your tension and stability on the wall.

    These sessions are great for early-bird climbers who are looking to start their morning right with a high energy session on the wall. They are also a great progression route for climbers who have already attend the First Steps and Next Level classes and are looking to climb harder and send more problems more often!
