From 23 April 2019, the Hangar will host the following classes, every Tuesday:

  • Pregnancy Yoga: Cocoon Care 09:30-10:45
  • Mummy & Me (Dads welcome) 11:00-12:15
  • Toddler Yoga: Twirly Tots 12:30-13:30

Yoga is proven to promote vitality during pregnancy and prepare women physically and mentally for childbirth. But even after labour, post-natal yoga can promote a healthy connection with a child and a calming environment for their physical and psychological development.

Mothers can not only improve their health and wellbeing at the outset of their parenting adventure, but can connect with other people who are doing the same and share the experience.

Our instructor Hannah is an experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher, certified by Yoga Alliance Professionals. Her specialist training in pre & postnatal yoga ensures classes are inclusive and accessible, while safe for post-natal recovery and are fun for all ages.

She said "I love to teach these classes, because I know how much I enjoyed my precious time in Mummy & Baby yoga classes with Bella (now 3) my daughter, and seeing just how much see loves and benefits from Toddler Yoga now, this just had to be shared.
