As part of our Front of House team, you'll be a key player in delivering our core products and helping us to continue to build our epic community.
The role of a Crew Member is a pretty diverse one. Duties typically include, serving customers; providing expert retail knowledge; keeping the Hangar clean and safe; coaching children and adults; and inducting new climbers into our centre. Customer service and Cleaning are huge parts of this role. If you aren’t keen on the idea of speaking to lots of people and maintaining our high service standards, this role probably isn’t for you.
The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who has customer facing hospitality/ retail/ leisure experience. Coaching/ Barista experience is preferred but not essential (All training provided).
