What's involved?

This class is a great way to heal, nurture and strengthen yourself, without needing a baby sitter.

Spend quality time with your baby, while enjoying yoga designed to help postnatal recovery. Safe, fun and effective postures to help gently build pelvic floor strength and abdominal tone. You will enjoy learning relaxing breathing techniques and postures to ease tension and tiredness in the back, neck and shoulders.

This is a time to focus on yourself and your baby, building your bond together. Each class explores multi-sensory stimulation for baby, with touch, sound and movement, helping healthy developmental growth.

The class also offers the chance to practice with other new-mums in a supportive and safe space. Classes aim to reduce stress and leave you feeling rejuvenated. Yoga to build calm & clarity, while increasing energy, resilience and patience.

Suitable for babies from 6 weeks old or 8 weeks post C-section to pre-crawlers.
