Why coaching?

Working with a coach is essential for those wanting to achieve exceptional strength, agility and technical skill. But it’s not just for the elite.

Our one to one sessions (also offered as one to two – training with friends is important) can help you push through those pesky plateaus with focused practice, new techniques and increased confidence. We can help you find a coach to suit your level and aspirations, whether you want a little boost to unlock a new set of grades or want to take your climbing to the highest possible level.

How does it work?

We'll soon be adding coach profiles to the website so keep your eyes peeled. In the meantime, have a word with our crew members and they'll point you in the right direction.

We'll find the right person to support you depending on your experience and goals. Coaching is offered as an initial block of three sessions which includes an assessment and plenty of opportunity to get to know each.

Take on the training plan yourself or continue your sessions to reach your goals. The choice is yours.  Available to ages 14+ and prices start from £80 for three sessions.
