Ahead of the launch of our epic new Exeter venue, we are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to lead our kitchen crew and run the show.
The right person for the role does not need to be a climber. We just want someone who is as passionate about good food and fresh coffee, as we are about hitting the wall.

You will be supporting a team to produce fresh and exciting food options daily. Creativity is encouraged and you will become a part of a close kitchen team who love to share ideas and drive growth within the food and beverage sector of our business.
We are a fast-growing company and aim to deliver excellent service to our customers but also support our community. You will be expected to take pride in your produce and champion local suppliers wherever possible.
You will be asked to complete training at our established sites before opening and will be working closely with our Head of Food and Beverage.
